What we liked was the attention we received and the consistent promotion of our home. They brought a huge sign out with a description of our house and property the next day after we listed, took pictures and listed on the MLS right away. Then our home was advertised every single week in the local paper for the months it was for sale. When we received an offer that took 4 nights to negotiate, Karen came to our house each night rather than us having to go to their office and worked out the details. Both Karen and Charles are very knowledgeable and experienced in real estate sales and transactions and very dedicated to what they do. They are both super friendly and a real joy to work with, not pushy or demanding. They really listen!!! They made the sometimes stressful experience of selling a home, much easier by really putting in their time and energy to getting our home sold and giving us the proper advice and guidance in the offer stage of the game and the sale.
